Zaloo's is open for the 2025 SEASON! Starting Memorial Day weekend - Daily floats available until 2PM - Book Ahead! Since 1976 Zaloo's Canoes has been providing safe, family friendly access to the New River. Zaloo's Canoes accesses a gentle portion of the South Fork, New River - where family and friends can enjoy our American Heritage river. Located in Jefferson, Ashe County NC - tube float trips are only $20, kayak trips start at $35, & canoe trips start at $55. Shuttle Services start at $20 for private boats. Zaloos is only 2 hours from Charlotte, 1.5 hours from Winston-Salem. Make a day of it in “the Coolest Corner of North Carolina"!
