Located at The Parks Alliance of Indianapolis Frank's Paddlesports Livery rents canoes, kayaks, and stand up paddleboards on the west fork of the White River. We currently offer 2 route options where you and your party will be shuttled up river and get in from either the Broad Ripple Arts Center or Rocky Ripple, ending down river back at Frank's Livery. We also offer by the hour rentals at our location.
